Arthsetu is an operating brand of Grad-Dreams Education Consulting Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Arthsetu provides AI-era skilling, career readiness, institutional capability-building, MSME AI adoption support, and government-facing AI readiness services.

2. Personal data we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, deliver services, improve the website, and run Arthsetu programs responsibly.

- Programme or enquiry details such as area of interest, learning goals, institutional context, MSME context, or government department context.
- Form and communication data such as messages submitted through contact forms, WhatsApp links, email, phone, or meeting requests.
- Tool responses such as AI readiness answers or score inputs when a visitor uses an Arthsetu assessment tool. Results must be shown before any optional email capture.
- Technical and analytics data such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.
- Payment, invoice, or service records only when a paid programme, service, or institutional engagement is formally taken up.
3. Why we use personal data
We use personal data for clear business and service purposes connected to Arthsetu.
- To respond to enquiries and applications.
- To route a visitor to the right programme, service, tool, or conversation.
- To schedule calls, demos, counselling conversations, or institutional discussions.
- To deliver programmes, workshops, assessments, reports, or agreed services.
- To send relevant follow-up information when a person has asked for it or shown interest.

Partner references on Arthsetu pages are governed separately by the verified partner list. Displaying a partner name on the website does not mean personal data is automatically shared with that partner.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required for legal, accounting, audit, contractual, or legitimate business records.
